Minimum of 2 night stay on weekends including a Saturday.
One night bookings are accepted from Sunday to Thursday.
All rates are for 2 Adults per room
Cottage rate is for use of 1 bedroom, if both bedrooms are needed can you please notify us. There is an extra charge for use of both bedrooms with just only 2 Adults staying.

Terms of Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due on the day of arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Arrival and Departure Times
Accomodation is available from 3.00pm on the first day of your stay and Blickinstal needs to be vacated by 10:30am and Dove Cote at 11:00am on your departure day unless other arrangements are made.
CANCELLATION AND DAMAGE POLICY
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee however may be used towards rebooking at a future date. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the deposit/monies paid. If you do not arrive and/or stay for the entire number of nights that have been booked, no refund will be given.
We recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover for unexpected situations requiring cancellation of bookings.
We understand that accidents happen but any willful damage will be charged to the clients account
Smoking Policy
Smoking within the Accomodation is strictly forbidden however guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. If we determine evidence of smoking in the cottage, we reserve the right to apply a minimum cleaning fee of $200 which will be charged to the guest's account.

In giving us your credit card details you authorize us to withdraw such funds from
your account as is needed to settle your account.
